This room includes a door that leads you to the fully fenced backyard. Back to the middle of the home through the hallway, you will find two carpeted bedrooms with an adjacent full bathroom for added convenience. Outside, enjoy your grassy yard and detached garage. *Tenant is responsible for getting NV Energy into their name. A flat fee of $70 per month for gas will be billed on top of rent and a flat fee of $89 for water/sewer will be billed on top of rent. Owner pays for trash and lawn care. *Pets welcomed with a $500 pet deposit per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. *Everyone over the age of 18 residing at the property must submit an application and sign the lease.
