Newly painted walls. Brand new flooring. Perfect cozy home for any couple or one person. Beautiful unobstructed view of Lake Erie. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the waterfront. Small private beach located down the street for residents there to use. One time $75 non-refundable pet fee, there is just one bathroom. Proof of Renter's Insurance is required (generally $10-15/month). Small dogs only or cats accepted. Max 2 people and 2 small pets. No shoes in the house, pet claws trimmed please. Small yard. Renter responsible for cutting the grass when long (can call a service to cut if you'd prefer) and snow removal. No large parties. Renter responsible for all utilities except HOA fees. Move-in July 1st but June 16 is also available depending. Deposit $1,200, monthly rent $1,200. Please complete the pre-questionnaire.
