The house has a large deck and a private front patio/yard. Downstairs are polished concrete floors and upstairs is bamboo flooring. Rooms get good light. There's a full-size bed in the upstairs bedroom, which has an attached sitting room. There's a queen bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms and two twin-size beds in the other.
