Located in the well-liked community of Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes, this condo will be offered UNFURNISHED and includes three bedrooms. The main level includes the kitchen, with granite countertops and white appliances, dining area which is open to the living area and allows access to the back patio overlooking the community pool. There's a powder room conveniently located off the living room. The primary suite is also on the main level and includes ample closet space, and a jetted tub with tiled surround. On the second level are two spacious bedrooms with a shared bath. Palmetto Dunes offers a wonderful community with ample walking trails, access to the beach, dining and shopping. Landscaping, water, pest control and bulk internet account included. Tenant responsible for electric and any upgrades to internet. No cats permitted. A NON-SHEDDING ONLY dog will be considered on a case by case basis. Coastal Long-Term Rental Company uses a third-party screening service called PetScreening. com and requires everyone to complete a pet profile, a “no pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgement and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. Security and pet deposit due at lease signing.
