If rent is paid on or before the FIRST of each month, a $25 DISCOUNT will apply $2600/$2625. We do require first month rent, last month rent, $150 water deposit and minimum security deposit of $2650. There is an application fee of $100 per adult 18 and over. $400 reservation fee to be paid with application fee before we can start the application process.
