Bus ride time to UBC in less than 10 minutes and downtown is +/-25 minutes, excellent location. Home is well maintained and is considered like new. Suite is available July 1st, 2026, for a minimum tenancy period of 12 months, for occupancy with maximum for two persons, and rent is $2,700.00 per month and includes utilities (gas, hot water, & light).
