This condo is conveniently located near Rt 76/Rt43, Kent State University, NEOMED, downtown Akron, shopping and more! When you step inside the unit, you will love the fresh feel this home offers as it was recently remodeled! The living room features a decorative fireplace and an abundance of natural light pouring in from each new window. There is a good-sized dining room next to the fully applianced kitchen. The kitchen includes a new dishwasher and garbage disposal and plenty of cabinets along with an in-unit laundry with full size washer and dryer. Down the hall, you will find 2 bedrooms, a full bath and plenty of storage spaces. This unit also offers a single car garage space and one reserved parking spot. Rent includes water/sewer and trash pickup. Presently, we are not able to support Section 8.
