Application Requirements: • 3.5x monthly income required • 2 months prior bank statements for proof of funds for security deposit and first months rent • No minimum credit score • Pre-approval application required prior to showing • Valid state issued ID • Non-refundable $39.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 • Emailed response within 48 hours of submitting application • Security deposit due at lease signing • 24-month lease • Pet friendly, two pets maximum, breed restrictions may apply. Please check before applying. There is a 350.00 non refundable pet fee and 35.00 monthly pet fee for 1 pet.
