This home will be available December 9, 2024. The Cali floorplan features three front guest bedrooms with ample closets, an open-concept kitchen/living area with stainless steel appliances, a large island/bar for extra seating, and a large pantry. The primary bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom with dual vanities and a large shower. The home features LVP flooring and carpeted bedrooms. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer hookups. At the Woodlands, you are an easy drive from everything you need. We are pleased to say this home is dog-friendly. We will consider up to 2 dogs under 100 lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee. Animals must be at least one year of age. No cats. NOTE: Tenant is responsible for all utilities - power, water, sewer, trash, cable, and internet.
