On a quiet street, this apartment has its own separate entryway and 3 porches! Great location, with an easy stroll to campus and the downtown riverfront, farmer's market and coffee shops and cafes by foot. Gas heat, plus the building is weatherized, with insulation and double pane windows. This unit also has a gas range and gas water heater. Owner pays garbage and recycling, and the tenant has their own meter for the electric and gas usage. Water/sewer/city services is a $100 per month surcharge since there is one meter for the duplex. The interior has nice 2-tone paint, and includes its own kitchen (including a charming eating nook) and bathroom with a shower plus a large bedroom, smaller bedroom, very large living room, and storage room. It is unfurnished, even though some photos show furniture.
