The suite features new TRIPLE-glazed windows (three layers of glass) for maximum street-noise reduction and heat insulation. Appliances include a self-cleaning range with induction cooktop and a noiseless dishwasher. Excellent public transportation to UBC via #99 B-Line, #14. 15-minute bike ride to campus centre. Rent includes heat and hot water. The suite is located in a very well-maintained 12-suite apartment building that has been in the same family since it was built in the 1950s. A resident caretaker takes excellent care of the building. Building features include a laundry room with secure bicycle storage and video surveillance, security cameras covering building entrances and exterior walkways, cellphone-controlled entry system, bright interior and exterior lighting.
