The house is surrounded by beautiful old growth forest with no other property across the road giving expansive views. There is a trsailhead just up the street that gives access to miles of summer hiking, biking, and trail running and has copious backcountry skiing terrain in the winter (or if lifts are your thing, the resort is only 10 minutes away). There's even a driveway plowing service available in the winter if you prefer not to shovel! Please note- we're in the process of getting ready to move out and haven't taken updated photos of the house yet. What's posted are photos from the listing when we bought the house in 2018. We'll get updated pics up ASAP- there's currently a big landscaping project underway to put in a retaining wall in the back yard with terracing to create flat, usable yard space as well as replacing the front decking. Renter is responsible for all utilities apart from trash/recycling and sewage/wastewater. Pet fee is $100/mo per pet, up to 2 allowed (negotiable). We are open to a multiple year lease.
