Our neighborhood is full of small families, and this apartment is perfect for young families and anyone looking to enjoy life in the small town of Augusta, just a short drive to Wichita conveniences. Come be a welcome part of our growing community. No smoking allowed in unit or on patios. A small dog or cat will be considered in this unit, and may be allowed with a $375 nonrefundable pet deposit and a monthly pet rent increase of $50 per pet. An application fee of $30 will be required by all applicants. Applicants will undergo a thorough background check, which will include a credit check, reference checks, and a criminal and eviction history record search. This two bedroom apartment is ideal for families of no more than 4 persons. Families of greater size or those with more than 1 pet are not suitable for the small space, and are discouraged from applying.
