Quick access to the freeway at the Northside exit. The main living area is open and there is a half bath downstairs for convenience. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a nice sized pantry. Lovely laminate flooring throughout the kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are nicely sized, each with their own private bathroom. These units are located off Orchard Ave and Nampa Caldwell Blvd with easy freeway access and minutes away from shopping at Fred Meyer and Treasure Valley Marketplace. Up to two cats or small dogs, or one medium sized dog allowed with separate pet deposit of $400 per pet, non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, and $25/month pet rent per pet - there are breed and weight restrictions for dogs. Additional Details: Tenant is responsible for all utilities - W/S/T is billed at a flat rate of $60/month. No smoking or vaping permitted. Security deposit of $2100 is due at lease signing (deposit-free option available through Obligo for qualified applicants). Renter's insurance required. Home is not approved for housing vouchers.
