About 425 Brunswick Dr
This is for one room only in shared house. I'm renting out my Master Bedroom in my 3-bed 2 bath home located in Somerset Highlands in Vallejo. This will be 6 month lease then month to month to follow. You will have your own private bedroom and private bath with large walk-in closet and private access to yard and porch. $1200 per month, Utilities included. First plus security deposit of $800 due at lease signing. This is for a single occupant only (no couples and no kids, sorry). House is currently 41M (me) 31M, and 26M. Age range mid 20s to 40 is ideal. No additional pets, sorry. Neighborhood is one of the safest and most desirable in the Vallejo area. Nice park within walking distance and great for those commuting to and from the city! No pet allergies please. We have cats and a dog here. What I (We) are looking for: 1) Drama free. This means other roommate relations and any guests you sometimes have over. 2) Clean and Quiet. 3) Solid and dependable income. Also someone who has a regular 9-5 type of job. I work from my home shop and don't want additional people here during the day. I'm a voice teacher and designer. 4) Respectful of everyone's privacy and property. 5) Room comes either partially furnished or I can clear it out completely. Thank you for looking!
