Three additional guest bedrooms and a full guest bathroom are also located downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find a large loft, an additional guest bedroom and a full bathroom. Just off the loft is a screened-in balcony, providing a quiet retreat with views of the surrounding area. Outdoor living truly shines with a large screened-in pool, creating a private oasis complete with an outdoor kitchen area and beautiful golf course views. Residents of Julington Creek Plantation enjoy access to the community's exceptional resort-style amenities. No pets please. Pool service is included with the rental. Lawn maintenance is included with the rental. The couch and pink buffet table are included in lease and not to be removed. No co-signors or guarantors permitted. No roommates. We have a Strict No Smoking or Vaping are permitted in or on the property. Nest Finders will not lease sight unseen. Applicant must view the property in person in order to lease it. Screening includes a credit/criminal background check, income verification of 3x the monthly rent and rental history verification. Residents are enrolled in a required Resident Benefits Package ($42/month), including tenant liability insurance and resident services, billed in addition to rent. This home participates in a required Group Rate Internet program providing 1 gigabit-speed internet at a discounted bulk rate of $65/month, billed separately from rent.
