Our friendly neighborhood community includes college students and small families. This duplex is perfect for folks wishing to make a comfortable life in an attractive and entirely refurbished home. It is conveniently located in central August, close enough to Wichita for shopping and access city life, but far enough away to be quant and homey without big city problems. Come be a welcome part of our changing and growing community. Please, no smoking allowed in unit or on patios. No dogs allowed.
