Vaulted ceiling in the living room in addition to wood burning fireplaces. Washer and dryer in the unit. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Income verification (3x the rent amount, credit score requirements), background, and criminal checks are all required for anyone over the age of 18. Pets (cats/small dogs) are allowed with an additional non-refundable fee of $50 a month and a $300 non-refundable pet deposit. 1st month's rent and deposit ($1,950) are required upfront. The driveway is a shared wrap-around driveway with additional parking in the middle. The lease includes plow service for the driveway in the winter (anything below 3 inches of snow the tenant is responsible for, anything 3 inches and beyond will be plowed).
