Do you enjoy a beautiful, open concept, renovated home, located on a quiet road, surrounded by trees? You have come to the right place. Please note that the house one unit of a duplex. This home is located on a nicely wooded lot at the end of a very quiet, dead-end, street on a private driveway. The home is three bedrooms, two full baths, roughly 2800 square feet. The house has been completely upgraded from top to bottom and the upgrades include new appliances, completely renovated kitchen including a new island, newer carpeting throughout, new tile in the bathroom, all walls and ceiling freshly painted, and new luxury vinyl flooring in the kitchen and entry foyer. The new appliances include a 5 burner gas stove with air fry, dishwasher and disposal. Animals seen regularly include a family of deer, a few turkey families, some rabbits, possums, racoons, owls, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, and many more. Do you like to exercise, hikers will love that two blocks away is the start of a maze of nature trails known as the Morton Taylor Trailhead. Bikers, you have theTrailhead as well as the I-275 Metro Trail access starting at the same point, two blocks away. For kids, the Canton Recreational Park is 5 minutes away and offers a summertime water park, two playgrounds, scenic lake, soccer/football/cricket fields, and a bandstand for the many summer concerts. Do you like shopping? You have two very close options! Ford road is less than 2 miles away and the Michigan Avenue shopping area is even closer: There are two Walmarts. One is 2.1 miles away and the other is 3.0 miles away. For Grocery shopping you have: Holiday Market 1.5 miles, Kroger 1.9 miles, Busch's 2.2 miles, Fresh Thyme 2.8 miles, and both Walmarts. There are two Home Depots. One is 2.1 miles away and the other is 2.7 miles away. Lowes and Menards are close as well. Plenty of movie theaters which are 2.8 miles, 3.4 miles, 4.7 miles, and the Penn Theater in downtown Plymouth is 5.9 miles. Speaking of Plymouth? Do you want a night out? 11 minutes away. Just about anything you need is right at your finger tips, including I-275 which is a little over a half mile away, 11 minutes to the airport, and the Ford Assembly and Stamping plants are 8 minutes away.
