Showings can be scheduled only for approved applicants. Unit is being remodeled with new paint, flooring through the unit and brand new appliances including a under cabinet microwave. This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home - in a quiet, nestled neighborhood - just a short walk from downtown Waynesboro. Enter into the living room on the main floor where you will find a half-bath followed by an eat-in kitchen (with a walk-out deck attached and a big pantry!). Head downstairs to access the garage and the washer/dryer room. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a private, full bathroom (walk-in shower) and a walk-in closet. In the hallway, there is a linen closet and another full-bath with a shower tub. Tenant pays electric, water/sewer, trash, and gas. There is an additional $80 fee per month that covers lawn care, snow removal, and long-term building projects and grounds maintenance.
