All rooms have ceiling fans as well as central air and heat. Sliding glass doors take you from the diningroom out to a 12 by 25 ft. patio enclosed with PVC fencing. You will have access to a lovely community pool that is open for a major portion of the year and just a short walk away. This is a very safe and walkable community. Per out covenants, you may only own 2 cars per unit so please adhere to this rule if you should decide to apply. You are responsible for Cable, Elec. Water & Wifi. Landlord pays the HOA's.
