One of the bedrooms has porch access- it's beautiful on warm summer nights or mornings! This house has gorgeous woodwork and will not last long! Resident is responsible for the cold water, sewer, lawn care, snow removal, oil heat, propane hot water and electric. Trash/recycling is included in the rent.
