Great location close to the IU stadium! Nice yard, VERY LARGE GARAGE! Front porch and large patio area! Basement! Washer/dryer, dishwasher and hardwood floors are included at this great price, too! Great location for walking to the game, entertaining before and after the game, all while still being right next to campus and a few blocks from heading downtown.
