When you’re feeling social, Nye Beach area has plenty to offer in the form of restaurants and local shops just a few blocks away Monthly rent is $1350 with an $1350 security deposit. Security deposit cannot be applied to last month rent. Well-behaved, quiet pet (dog or cat) will be considered with a $35/month rent fee as well as a pet move in fee of $175.
