1 Months Free Rent!!!! This home is located in the Wethington Place Community!! This 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath is minutes from downtown Greenville & 1 mile from downtown Travelers Rest. Wethington Place is right across the street from Trailblazer Park and Swamp Rabbit Trail! This is great for bike rides and stop in the town of TR for lunch. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The upstairs level has all the bedrooms and your laundry area is located upstairs as well. The home has Dual Parking on the backside of the home. There is also a Large closet downstairs for extra storage. Agent: Natalie Emory Schools: Gateway Elementary, Northwest Middle & Travelers Rest High School Pet Policy: Pets under 50 pounds are allowed. We charge a non-refundable pet administration fee of $100 per pet and a monthly pet fee for each pet, up to $75 per month. For pet-friendly properties, more than 2 animals must be approved by the owner. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are permitted unless approved by the owner, except as required by applicable law. Before final approval can be obtained, applicants will be required to submit a pet application through a third-party pet screening company and provide pet photos and vaccination records. There is a fee of $30 per pet, per year, for this service. Disclaimer: If your application is accepted, you will be charged a $190 administration fee at the time of move-in. This is a one-time fee per household. Renters insurance is required for all properties.
