Come see this great Split level home in Smithville! All new interior paint and carpet! Nice open feel floor plan with spacious rooms! Kitchen has plenty of cabinets and counter top space that joins the dining room. Off the dining room is a HUGE 2 tier deck that is just a year old. Enjoy hanging out or entertaining on this massive deck which also has gate on top tier. The kitchen comes with all appliances including refrigerator "as is". Bedrooms are nice size, room for all your big furniture. Master has a full private bathroom and large closet. Basement is finished with laundry and 1/2 bath. There is a fireplace but this will only be able to used as decoration and can't be used. You can also walk out to the main level tier deck and enjoy some shade. This back yard has been nicely landscaped and maintained. It is fenced in and back to a beautiful tree line, great for privacy. Owner does include lawn care; you will be responsible for snow removal and keeping up landscape. The garage is over sized and has lots of extra room for storage. It that is not enough, there is a sub-basement that will hold all the overflow. Pets are not possible at this property. No smoking allowed including garage. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
