This entry patio features a large seating area with umbrella and a BBQ, a beautiful spot to hang out any time of day! As you enter the front doors to the main floor you’ll be welcomed by scenic views overlooking Old Town from the Living Room which is equipped with a Large Sectional sofa great for entertaining or watching the sunset, a Large flat Screen smart TV, Gas Fireplace and Bar. From the living room you’ll find your second outdoor space, a second story balcony, perfect to watch the Sunset and Fireworks at SeaWorld! From the living room, you’ll enter the open concept chefs kitchen, fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and entertain. Off the Kitchen you’ll find the The Family Room, Dining Room and Half Bath. As you walk downstairs you’ll find your Master Bedroom on the right with a King Bed, Gas Fireplace with identical scenic views seen from upstairs in the living room. The master bedroom features a huge walk in closet, Full Bath with Walk-in Shower and separate Jacuzzi tub, and smart toilet. Off the Master you’ll find the 3rd private outdoor space featuring a second deck and a lower grassy outdoor seating area and garden, a perfect place to relax and unwind with a glass of wine. Downstairs from the hallway you’ll find the large den/office space with a fully equipped work area and casual seating. Downstairs you’ll also find your 2nd Bedroom with King Bed, another Full Bathroom with Walk-in Shower, and Washer and Dryer. You’ll enjoy easy access to Old Town San Diego restaurants and entertainment which is a short walk from the lower level of the complex. This property is our Second home and accommodated as such. Our goal is to find Guests that will love our home as their own, and enjoy all the personally curated items we have stocked it with to be turnkey and move in ready for someone to call their temporary San Diego home whether on vacation or relocating to the city.
