Private room with private entrance and private bathroom available for a single renter in a refreshed and updated house in a neighborhood one block from the water and 2 miles south of USF, St. Pete and just 12 minutes from downtown. There is currently a male renter in the 2nd bedroom. Both renters have full access to the house, including the kitchen, living room, laundry, outdoor areas and gas grill on the side deck . There is a back yard with a furnished deck and a storage shed for a bike. The common areas are furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with all you need: plates, glasses,utensils,microwave, oven and refrigerator-freezer. Washer and dryer are also available for renter's use. The house is located a short drive from the downtown area and the famous St. Pete Pier and other attractions like the Sunken Gardens. There is water access at nearby Grandview Park and recreation facilities on nearby Coquina Key. Saint Petersburg is known as the Sunshine City - come see for yourself!
