Rental rate includes utilities (cable, Wi-Fi, water, electric, trash, pest control, etc.) and resort amenities (tennis, pool, gym, security, etc). Condo is located on the quiet side of the building with a marsh and partial ocean view. The unit is approximately 500sqft, completely furnished with 2 flat screen Smart TV's (1 in living, 1 in bedroom) and fully equipped kitchen. Short walk to beach, pool and other amenities. Complex has a strict no pet policy, sorry.
