Public Remarks: Bella Vista is a beautiful, small townhouse community in Rockledge, just off of I-95, with easy access to shopping, dining, groceries, and entertainment. This townhouse has vaulted ceilings and an open airy feel. The patio (located off of the living room) overlooks the retention pond and is spacious for a patio set with additional room for more. The living areas are carpet and the wet areas are vinyl plank or 18 inch tile. The community has a pool. Unit has a 1-car garage and washer and dryer available for use. Pets allowed and acceptable upon approval of pet application. Small dogs allowed, a maximum of two, maximum 20lbs. each. Sorry, no vicious breeds allowed. Approved pets require additional security deposit and additional rent. $250 Admin fee due upon tenant approval.
