My boyfriend and I lived here for a year. We had a studio, it was small but decent. I always felt safe walking my dog at night. Everyone seemed to pretty much pick up after their dogs so that was a huge plus. I liked sitting on my porch at night. Nice neighborhood behind the apartments to jog in. Friendly neighbors. Walking distance to Books a Million etc. No bugs. Only negative was the washing machines. I probably lost $40 over 11 months.

Its very quiet and well maintained. I was skeptical of moving here because of things I'd heard about the property. But I'm pleased with everything. The size of the apartments are great. Maintenance respond quickly with this being such a large complex. Is quiet and everyone keeps to them selves. Management is always quick to address any issues you're having. The prices are competitive but affordable. Great neighborhood bc everything you need is close by.
