Monthly rent is $1200 due on the 1st of every month with only water included. Deposit is $1200. The unit is a part of a 4 unit building, you will have your own parking spot and also there is a 1 car garage with laundry hookups attached to the unit (washer/dryer not included) Small pets will be considered with an additional monthly fee. 1 year lease required and a $35 non refundable background check fee will apply after we have met at the apartment.
