This townhome is located in the heart of the quaint Historic District of Port Deposit, MD which is a beautiful town next to the Susquehanna River that has many wonderful things to see and do -- all within walking distance. There are multiple restaurants, a post office, history museums, marinas, boat launches, fishing piers, playgrounds, shops, hiking trails, state parks, and lots of historic buildings and sites, all within walking distance. The town is only three miles from I-95 and is located at the southern-most end of the Susquehanna River, where it joins the northern Chesapeake Bay. Also, just down the river and around the bend are the beautiful historic towns of Perryville and Havre de Grace. This townhome includes warm radiant heating, central air conditioning, original hardwood floors, and a fenced backyard. There is a large parking lot next door with plenty of open spaces. Lawn care and trash pick-up costs are provided by the owner/manager. Note that applications are provided directly by the owner/manager (application fee is $ 45). $1,675 per month rent. $1,675 security deposit required. Tenant is responsible for heating oil, electric, water and sewer, and wi-fi. Note that the quarterly water and sewer bills are shared with the tenant in the townhome next door (in 41 S. Main St.)
