The manufactured home sits on a large lot with NO HOA located directly next to Ghost Ranch. Enter the home to an open floor plan with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an office/den. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave. Every bedroom has a window unit installed to make sure that you are never to warm. Items to consider when renting this home! The home has an electric plug in for charging your electric car. The water heater is tankless and provides adequate hot water. Their is an R/O water osmosis system that will need filter changes every 6 months. The home also has a septic system that will need a monthly treatment. Tenant is to use ONLY the front yard area for vehicles and storage. The rear yard will be accessed by the owner and upkept by owner. Storage sheds are NOT for tenant use. The area can be explored Tenant is responsible for paying electric and $50 for the water bill that is on a well. Small pets are allowed by owner approval with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. Security deposit is based on credit, background and rental history.
