Welcome to our little slice of sunset paradise! We are frequent travelers to Lake Havasu and decided to purchase a home here to enjoy and we thought we should share it with you too!! We provide Smart TVs with Netflix, comfortable living room seating, plenty of beds for the family, an entertainment backyard with games, pool, BBQ, outdoor furniture, and more. The driveway is large enough for boats, cars, and toys! We look forward to hosting you, we hope you love it as much as we do!! Quiet family friendly neighborhood Everything is within 5-10 minutes from this home... including lake, entertainment, restaurants, shops, etc. Accessible via car, ATV, uber, or bike OTHER THINGS TO NOTE *Must be 25+ years old to book >Quiet time after 10pm - this is a residential neighborhood - this includes music off and voices down >No smoking inside >No pets >No parties/events - guests will be asked to leave with no refund >Mid stay clean required if stay is longer than 1 month - paid by guest, not part of initial reservation *Pricing varies by month, inquire for details* *Events, high season/low season, holidays, etc* POOL HEATING >$125/day (full stay required) >Heated to 88 degrees >Can take 24+ hours to heat the pool so we need advanced notice BBQ GRILL >We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay.
