The bedroom is large with window on one wall and a large closet. The kitchen has a dishwasher along with a fridge and stove. There is a dining area and a large living room with sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony, and a bathroom with tub and shower. We have two elevators, secure underground parking, laundry facilities, convenient recycling and garbage disposal, postal delivery through your door slot,and a bicycle area The best part of this building is its location. It is a few blocks to the ocean Jericho Beach and we are close to UBC. There is a No Frills supermarket and a pharmacy and liquor store less than a block away. We love pets at The Highbury and will accept clean and house-trained cat and small/medium dog. The Rent $1450 with heat and hot water included. Parking is extra $50.
