This is a perfect central location on Hamilton's West Mountain, in a beautiful neighbourhood. Munro Hamilton International Airport - Near Walmart & Tim Hortons Coffee House - 50" SmartTV - Fresh linen, towels, toiletries & essentials provided - Washer & Dryer - On-premise parking for 1 vehicle + free street parking available --------- Please note a different guest occupies the basement and uses back driveway. --------- Guest access: Guests will occupy the upper unit of the house and use the new pad parking on Mohawk. Guests can use free street parking on the west side of West 16th St. Guests to obey all street signs and respect neighbours. ----------- Other things to note: We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, general groundskeeping, and lawn care. Key code for door will be provided day before start of stay. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. No mail service will be provided. Monthly cleaning services available. -------- If interested, we will require the following to confirm the booking: 1) Reason for your stay 2) Length of stay 3) Number of Guests staying (max 5 allowed), including names and ages 4) Number of pets and types of pets 5) Vehicle make, model and plate # 6) Driver's license or government ID for all adults 7) Permanent residence address for each guest An Occupancy License will be required to be completed and signed for each stay. Payment Details: Please inquire about payment options. For short stays, we will require full payment at time of booking via e-transfer. For longer stays (2-6 months), we can discuss installment payments. Check-In Instructions will be provided within 24-hrs before check-in.
