The suite on the ground have small two bed rooms, one full bathroom, living room, independent laundry (washer/dryer)and access to suite, modern kitchen, Low-E window, underground heating system, hot water, fridge, dishwasher, etc. This suite is suitable for people with little furniture and can only accommodate up to two adults or small families. The suite is suitable for the people who are clean, quiet and no bad habit without much furniture and have the stable and reliable income. Credit and References have to be checked for everyone who wants to rent the suite. References landlord, Employment and tenancy references are required for all future tenants. The employment letter and pay stubs maybe required. The rent does not include electricity. There is a bus stop in front of the house and walk about a few minutes to Skytrain station ( Sapperton station), Elementary School, Save on Food store, Shoppers Drug Mart, some restaurants, bars and other stores. Dive a few minutes to BC-1, Canada Hwy, Lougheed Hwy and Kingsway. No any kind of gathering, No pets, No subletting, No smoking (No cigarette, cigar, marijuana, cannabis etc.). Alcoholism is also not allowed. Grow-ops, illegal, and commercial activities are prohibited on property. Prohibition of all illegal acts and activities.
