Pet criteria: No cats, Dogs must be 12 months old or older, must have proof of vaccinations submitted with application, 50 lbs max, 2 pets max, $500 pet deposit per pet. Rental Criteria: 4 Occupants max. Must have proof of income and make 3x the amount of rent combined with the household per month verifiable by paystubs (tax returns if self-employed, child support will not be counted). Credit history must show on time payments, little to no current delinquent accounts, no current accounts in collections, credit score number should be around 600 minimum. No previous evictions, or owe an outstanding balance to previous landlords. Application will be submitted online through the Avail online application. A background/credit check which is a non-refundable fee of $55 per adult will be required. Anyone over the age of 18 living at the property must submit an application and pay an application fee.
