Let us take you on a journey into this well kept mid century modern home in a quiet neighborhood overlooking beautiful downtown Boise. Upon entering this home through the front double doors, or via the kitchen, you are met with an open Livingroom with gas fireplace, large windows and another sliding glass door that opens up to the patio. The view from here is amazing! The front of the home welcomes you with a double front door surrounded by easy to care for landscaping. In the double car garage there is an entrance to the home through a foyer complete with laundry facilities with sink, a half bath, storage and an extra drink fridge. You then enter the kitchen which boasts cupboards galore, double oven, gas top range, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a sliding door out to the covered patio. Enjoy entertaining off the kitchen in a separate formal dining room or in a more relaxed kitchen/sitting area. The natural light and view out the kitchen sliding door is amazing! Past the Livingroom there is an office with built in shelving and another sliding glass door. The three bedrooms are down the hallway, all with large built in closets. The primary bedroom has a huge ensuite bath and yet another sliding glass door to access the covered patio. Did we mention the view? There is a $30.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Pet Policy: Pets will be approved on a case by case basis and a pet screening will be completed prior to move in, breed restrictions apply. Fees: $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $40 monthly pet rent per pet. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. A refundable security deposit will be due within 48 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors. A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $150 will be due at lease signing. $350 of the security deposit will be a non-refundable charge, and withheld, at the end of the lease for floor cleaning. Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 14 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 14 days of the expected availability date. All HomeRiver Group residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $49.95/month. This includes renters insurance, a move-in concierge service to make setting up your utilities and home services easier, $1M identity protection, a top-tier resident rewards program, credit building with on-time rent payments, and HVAC air filter delivery (where applicable).
