I recently signed a lease for 2 bed/2 bath room apartment in North Wilmington and am looking for a suitable apartment-mate. I am moving in on Mar 1, 2016. You can move in after that. This room is unfurnished, the pictures are from the model. Also, this apartment is 50 sq ft bigger. $690 all inclusive, $600 if you would like to split utilities (gas, electric, internet, rental insurance) - here is a link to the page. - address: 3598 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703 - Second/third floor apartment - Secure entry into building complex with keyfob. - You will have your own bedroom and full bathroom and there will be a shared living room and kitchen(with gas stoves!). - Walk in closet - Washer and dryer is in-apartment. - Brand new stainless steel appliances - deck/patio area - 2016 construction - Access to a fitness center, lounge area with pool table, and a business center with computers. - I don't plan on getting a TV subscription, but if you want one, I can split the bill with you for that. - I am positive we will not have to worry about bugs, mold, crazy tenants, everything that affects apartment communities in most of Wilmington. This is a totally new apartment complex. -Non smokers only(as its not allowed by the lease). -No pets, it is extra on the lease. -No drugs in the apartment. -You must pass the criminal background check from the leasing office Let me know if this interests you, we can have a discussion on skype or something to get to know each other better.
