The master has it's own bathroom and walk-in closet. There is central heating throughout & the kitchen features a flat cooktop stove, separate oven, and refrigerator. There is also a dedicated laundry area. There is also an enclosed bonus area in the back of the home, which can be used as an office, play area, for storage, etc. There is also a temp-controlled 20x20 greenhouse. This home sits on a 2 acre lot with lots of beautiful trees and plants. The lot is shared with a commercial shop (not included with this rental property). Tenants responsible for all utilities & landscaping (with the exception of water/sewer, as this property has its own well & septic.
