The bedroom is very large, measuring 15 x 12. The kitchen is 13 x 8, and has room for a kitchen table and chairs. The 6 large windows in this apartment are fantastic. Measuring 3 feet wide by 5.5 feet tall, the apartment is filled with light shining through the antique panes. This apartment comes with one dedicated spot for on-street parking. Utilities are included. For an additional $30/month (plus box rental) you can enjoy AT&T U-verse television and WiFi. Small dogs (under 30 pounds) are allowed with payment of a non-refundable, one time pet fee of $300. Lessor must also meet and approve of dog. No aggression or excessive barking will be allowed. A separate pet addendum must be signed. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. In accordance with the lease, tenants must agree to refrain from loud noise that could disturb neighbors.
