New hurricane grade PGT windows. 1 Reserved parking space. Good storage/closets. NOTE: This unit has had NO hurricane or flood damage. Top floor of 3-story building with elevator and stairs. No hidden fees Quiet building. On-site property manager. This was my home and as a landlord I work hard to be respectful with a sense of urgency. I want the experience of my tenant to be positive. Life is better at the beach!
