Room available in 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement suite to live with 21 yr old female UBC student working at a Coffee Shop for the summer and a 1.5 year old Boxer. Room is unfurnished, the furniture seen in the pictures will be moving away as well. Laundry is shared with the landlords upstairs, they are very relaxed and friendly. All animals are welcome, the backyard is fenced, so there is no worry of dogs getting out. There is also a small dog that lives with the landlords upstairs. $700/mo., $350 deposit. All utilities included, internet can be split for $22/mo. There is a garden you are welcome to plant in, which is currently abundant with raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries! 4 blocks away from from Stongs grocery store, liquor store, shoppers, veterinary clinic, dunbar theatre. 1 block away from park and Dunbar community centre. #7/#32 bus stop is less than half a block away, this bus goes up Dunbar and then along 4th ave and straight to downtown. Also easy transfers at 41st ave for the #41/#49/#480/etc., king edward for the #25 or Broadway/ 4th for any busses that go to UBC or in the other direction. Preferred tenant would be younger (around 20's) who is comfortable with dogs, clean, and friendly! Any length of stay is accepted.
