Nice fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms condo in a gated community , on Rt 1 in Rehoboth Beach, very close to the outlets, shopping area and beaches and biking and picnic areas and best of all right behind Wawa 😋. It has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds , big screen TV, washer and dryer on premises. Rent Including all utilities and high speed internet- no cable TV though. I can add it but renter pays for it based on the package they choose. Renting for 5-6 month October 1st to April or May 1st- no extension-. 1st month rental and 1 month deposits due at lease signing along with a copy of the renter’s ID . Monthly payments by Venmo or deposited into my account in PNC bank - there is a branch 2 minutes away from the condo -. Payment is due 1st of the month NO SMOKING allowed on the property- smoking will result in additional 500$ cleaning fee -. NO PETS ALLOWED.
