This three-bedroom house offers vinyl plank floors throughout the living space. The master suite includes a full bath. The eat-in kitchen includes appliances and is open to the living room space. Two-car attached garage, laundry room, and fenced-in back yard. Right off of Lynch Road and easy access to many great restaurants and shopping centers. Applicants will be required to complete an application for all adults 18+. The application fee is $40 per adult. Minimum of a one-year lease agreement. The first month’s rent is pro-rated, the deposit can range from the listed amount to monthly rent and is due upon lease signing. Pets may be allowed with a $300- $1,000 non-refundable pet deposit an additional $50 per month, per pet. Tenant responsible for utilities including water, sewer, trash, electricity, gas, and cable.
