About 3515 Avenue R
Tucked away on an alley is this delightful back house. Close to the seawall and in a very nice block. You can park alongside the house, in the alley (except for Wednesday, as that's trash pick up day.) There is a lovely garden just inside the back gate as you enter the house. The kitchen has nice appliances, lots of storage and granite counters. In the far corner is a double door laundry area with washer and dryer. Its a very nice space for living. It's quiet and attractive. Small pets are allowed under 20 pounds. Water is paid by the owners.
