Enter through the living room door into your open floor plan with hardwood floors and a gas fireplace as the centerpiece. The kitchen offers bar seating, full-size appliances, and ample cabinetry. A built in hutch allows for extra storage or for displaying for your books and plants. Both bedrooms and full bathroom are located down the hall. Each bedroom has a closet while the primary bedroom has a quaint half bathroom. The shared bathroom has a double-door vanity, medicine cabinet, and features a tub/shower combination. Head to the newly renovated downstairs to the lower level featuring another fireplace and built-in shelving. This is a perfect room for a den, mancave, or game room. A full bathroom is also on this level with a walk-in shower. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This home is pet friendly for dogs only, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
