Great, centrally located large studio with the kitchen separate from the bedroom and the bathroom off the kitchen. The apartment includes all utilities with the rent. This apartment has easy access to the highway, the mall/shops, Hartford, and it is on the bus line. Some of the other amenities include: 1. Large bedroom with wood floor 2. Full kitchen with appliances, ceramic tiled 3. Bathroom is also ceramic tiled with a stand-up shower (not a bathtub) 4. Two entrances/exits, one is private 5. Many windows in the apartment and high ceilings throughout 6. One car parking space for the apartment The rent is $1195, which includes heat, hot water, cold water, and electricity. This is a must see, available February 1st. If you have been evicted in the past, or are being currently evicted, please do not call. Pets are not allowed. This apartment is ideal for one person.
